Method for plasticizing lactic acid polymers, characterized in that it comprises grinding the lactic acid polymers, mixing said ground lactic acid polymers in the solid state with mixtures of lactic acid oligomers, subjecting the mixture to a temperature of between 150 and 200 C and to a pressure of between 1.4 and 4 bar, and shaping the mixture, over a period of time of less than 30 minutes from initiation of contact between the lactic acid oligomers and the lactic acid polymers.
