A composite material of layered silicate and organic polymer, (as shown in the figure wherein (1) is layered silicate and (2) is ionomer) having heat stability, and containing silicate layers that are not parallel and between which the distance is increased; a production method for a composite material utilizing no polymerization but dispersion of layered silicate in organic polymer materials other than amide; a composite-material-containing resin composition containing the composite material; and a production method for the resin composition, are provided. Particularly, a composite material is made by dispersing, mixing, drying, and crushing 100 parts by weight ionomer made of ethylene methacrylate copolymer that is partially or entirely neutralized by alkali metal or alkaline-earth metal with at least 0.05 parts by weight of layered silicate in water to introduce the ionomer into a layered silicate of the silicate layers.
L'invention décrit un matériau composite constitué de silicate en couches et de polymère organique, (représenté dans la figure, où (1) est le silicate en couches et (2) est le ionomère) ce matériau ayant une stabilité thermique et contenant des couches de silicate qui ne sont pas parallèles et entre lesquelles la distance de séparation est augmentée; un procédé de production du matériau composite n'ayant pas recours à la polymérisation mais à la dispersion du silicate en couche dans des matériaux polymères organiques autres qu'une amide; une composition résineuse contenant le matériau composite; et un procédé de production de la composition résineuse. En particulier, un matériau composite est produit en dispersant, mélangeant, séchant et broyant 100 parties en poids d'un ionomère constitué d'un copolymère éthylène méthacrylate qui est partiellement ou entièrement neutralisé par un métal alcalin ou un métal alcalino-terreux avec au moins 0,05 parties en poids du silicate en couche dans de l'eau pour introduire le ionomère dans le silicate en couches.
