A dispenser for dispensing a medicament comprising a canister for housing the medicament and a fluid propellant therefor and a drug-dispensing valve wherein one or more of the internal surfaces of the canister and/or valve comprises a fluorinated coating prepared from plasma polymerisation of one or more fluorinated monomers selected from the group consisting of CH2FCF3 and C3F6 is disclosed. Such a coating provides a highly fluorinated coating which prevents adhesion of drug particles to the internal surfaces of the canister and/or valve.
L'invention concerne un distributeur de médicaments. Ce distributeur comprend une cartouche qui reçoit le médicament, et un propulseur liquide ainsi qu'un robinet de distribution de médicaments. Dans ce distributeur, une ou plusieurs des surfaces internes de la cartouche et/ou du robinet comprend un revêtement fluoré préparé à partir de la polymérisation plasmatique de un ou plusieurs monomères fluorés sélectionnés dans le groupe se composant de CH¿2?FCF¿3? et C¿3?F¿6?.
