The invention relates to a method for joining ceramic components, said method being characterised in that the components to be joined consist of sintered unoxidised ceramic. The components are brought into contact by means of a diffusion-welding method in the presence of a protective gas atmosphere, and are joined in a low-deformation manner to form a monolith, at a temperature of at least 1600 ~C, preferably above 1800 ~C, especially preferably above 2000 ~C, optionally with the application of a load, the components to be joined undergoing a plastic deformation of less than 5 %, preferably less than 1 %, in the direction of the application of force. The invention also relates to a structure consisting of unoxidised ceramic with a seamless join.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour joindre des composants en céramique, qui est caractérisé en ce que les composants à joindre sont constitués d'une céramique non oxydée frittée et en ce que les composants sont mis en contact les uns avec les autres dans un procédé de soudage par diffusion, en présence d'une atmosphère de gaz protecteur, puis sont joints avec une faible déformation pour former un monolithe, en appliquant une température d'au moins 1600 °C, de préférence supérieure à 1800 °C, notamment supérieure à 2000 °C, et éventuellement une charge. Les composants à joindre subissent une déformation plastique en direction de l'application de force qui est inférieure à 5 %, de préférence inférieure à 1 %. Cette invention concerne également une structure qui est constituée d'une céramique non oxydée présentant un joint sans soudure.
