A creel 1 with twisting devices is capable of directly supplying twisted yarns from bobbins carrying non-twisted yarns to a loom or a warper, and of producing not only normal fabric but also a fabric having a low weft density woven at a higher rate or a fabric using hard-twist yarns as warps. A plurality of rotatable spindles 8, each carrying a bobbin 3 on which a non-twisted yarn 2 is wound, are arranged on a frame 18. The yarns 2 withdrawn from the bobbins 3 on the spindles 8 are twisted and arranged to form a yarn sheet 19. The spindles 8 are rotatably secured via bearings to the frame 18 of the creel 1 at the center of a rotary shaft section 8' which is arranged in a horizontal direction. On both ends of the rotary shaft section 8', a section for supporting the bobbin 3 carrying the non-twisted yarn 2 is formed, on which a two-for-one twisting device 21 is provided.
L'invention concerne un cantre à dispositif de torsion, capable d'envoyer directement des fils torsadés à un métier à tisser ou à un ourdissoir à partir de bobines autour desquelles des fils non torsadés sont enroulés, et pouvant être utilisé pour fabriquer non seulement un tissu classique mais également un tissu présentant une faible réduction en trame et pour lequel une vitesse de tissage élevée est nécessaire, ou pour un tissu dont la chaîne présente une torsion importante. Un cantre (1) comporte une pluralité de broches (8) montées sur un cadre (18) et tournant tout en supportant les bobines (3) autour desquelles les fils non torsadés (2) sont enroulés, et sert à torsader les fils non torsadés (2) tirés des bobines respectives (3) sur les broches respectives (8) pour former une nappe (19) à partir de ces derniers. Les broches (8) sont conçues de sorte qu'un seul arbre (8') positionné horizontalement soit monté rotatif en son centre sur le cadre (18) du cantre (1) par l'intermédiaire d'un palier, que les deux côtés de l'arbre rotatif (8') soient dotés de parties sur lesquelles les bobines (3) à fils non torsadés (2) soient fixée, des mécanismes de double torsion (21) étant montés sur ces parties.
