The invention relates to a YT cell line, modified by genetic engineering, into which the genes of receptors are introduced and which is suitable for treating tumours, tumour metastases, virus infections, for cleaning (purging) blood stem cell preparations and also for diagnostic purposes. Areas of application include the medical field and the pharmaceutical industry. The aim of the invention is to identify tumour cells and other target cells by means of the gene transfer of specific receptors into the YT cell line. An additional aim is to cause a lysis of the identified tumour cells and other target cells, using the newly created cell line. The inventive cell line contains one or more receptors (consisting of variable regions of tumour-specific or target cell specific antibodies (single chain Fv fragments)) and optionally a signal chain, which is derived from the zeta-chain of the human T-cell receptor.

L'invention concerne une lignée cellulaire YT génétiquement modifiée, dans laquelle les gènes des récepteurs sont introduits, et qui est appropriée pour le traitement de tumeurs, de métastases tumorales, d'infections virales, pour le nettoyage (purge) de cellules souches sanguines, ainsi que pour le diagnostic. On mentionne, comme domaines d'application, le domaine médical et l'industrie pharmaceutique. L'invention a pour but d'identifier des cellules tumorales et autres cellules cibles par transfert de gènes de récepteurs spécifiques dans la lignée cellulaire YT. Un autre but de l'invention est de provoquer une lyse des cellules tumorales identifiées et des autres cellules cibles au moyen de la lignée cellulaire nouvellement créée. La lignée cellulaire selon l'invention contient un ou plusieurs récepteurs (comprenant des régions variables d'anticorps spécifiques des tumeurs ou spécifiques des cellules cibles (fragments Fv de chaîne unique)) et, éventuellement, d'une chaîne signal qui est dérivée de la chaîne zêta du récepteur cellulaire T humain.
