A disposable garment is provided with a pair of rear wings, the rear wings includes layer members which are extendible transversely of the garment and elastically stretchable strips bonded to the layer members along upper and lower edges thereof extending transversely of the garment. Non-stretchable fasteners of a relatively high rigidity are attached to distal ends of the respective rear wings so as to extend transversely of the elastically stretchable strips and to overlap them.

Cette invention concerne un vêtement jetable comportant deux ailes arrière formées de plusieurs couches étirables transversalement par rapport au vêtement et auxquelles sont collées des bandes élastiques le long de leurs rives supérieure et inférieure perpendiculaires à l'axe de symétrie du vêtement. Des fermetures non élastiques de rigidité relativement élevée sont fixées aux extrémités distales des ailes arrière perpendiculairement aux bandes élastiques et de manière à recouvrir celles-ci.
