- 56 - Abstract: Disclosed are a test strip for simple and easy immunoassay having a developing solution layer at one end to a longi- tudinal direction of a developing material having capil- larity, characterized in that the developing solution layer contains a light emitting substrate, and a reagent zone inhibiting light emission, a reagent zone initiating light emission, an enzyme-labelling reagent zone, a specimen dotting zone and an emitted light detecting zone are pro- vided to a longitudinal direction of the developing mate- rial; an immunoassay device which comprises at least one washing solution reservoir for washing and for preventing interference between respective reagents being provided to a matrix which can transfer a solution by capillarity; and an immunoassay method using the strip or device.
