A pig for measuring interior diameter changes in a pipe, includes a body and at least one arm pivotally connected to the body. The arm has a connection end and a pipe engaging end. A pipe contacting member is positioned at the pipe engaging end of the arm. Springs bias the arm outwardly to bring the pipe contacting member into contact with an interior diameter of a pipe. An inclinometer is provided for measuring an angle of the arm relative to the body. Both reductions and increases in the ID of the pipe are determined by monitoring the angle of the arm relative to the body.
