The invention relates to a process and device for manufacturing metal tubing, namely a flux-cored wire for welding, containing filling components, including at least one recrystallization annealing stage effected by high frequency induction heating, preferably at a frequency of at least 10 kHz. The invention also relates to the use of the flux-cored wire thereby fabricated for an electric arc welding process, such as TIG, MIG, MAG, with arc submerged or vertical under slag.
