A bleaching agent composition is presented which comprises hydrogen peroxide or a peroxide which generates hydrogen peroxide, and an addition reaction product of dicyandiamide and a glycidyl ether compound, wherein the pH of the aqueous solution of the mixture thereof becomes at least 7.5. The bleaching agent composition has an excellent bleaching effect on clothes and the like, and has excellent bleaching power to the mildew generated on the walls of a house or furniture, and does not have any odor.

Composition d'agent de blanchiment contenant du peroxyde d'hydrogène ou un peroxyde générant du peroxyde d'hydrogène, ainsi qu'un produit réactionnel d'apport de dicyandiamide et un composé d'éther de glycidyle, le pH de la solution aqueuse du mélange de ces derniers augmentant jusqu'à au moins 7,5. Cette composition exerce une action efficace de blanchiment sur des articles, tels que des vêtements, possède un pouvoir puissant de blanchiment sur les moisissures apparaissant sur les murs d'une maison ou sur des meubles et est inodore.
