This invention is a new machine and process for generating electricity from the naturally occurring wind. The shroud or cowling of the Wind Turbine Wheel is circular in shape and can be made in various sizes to suit its application. The machine is designed to always swing to face the wind. This movement will be power assisted if required. The naturally occurring wind will enter the shroud or cowling at the front which will be at the point of the cone, as the wind passes over the cone, a venturi effect will occur. The wind will increase in speed as it exits over the larger part of the cone. This faster moving wind will engage the adjustable blades on the Wind Turbine Wheel to turn it at a much faster speed than the speed generated by the naturally occurring wind. The Wind Turbine turns the centre drive shaft, which turns the generator that generates electricity.
