A pressurized-training system has a fastening device wrapped around a target fastening portion of an arm or a leg and having a gas bag, and also has a pressurized-training apparatus for controlling a fastening force applied to the target fastening portion by the fastening device, the apparatus controlling the fastening force by feeding air into the gas bag of the fastening device or releasing the air from the gas bag. The pressurized- training apparatus feeds and releases air to and from the gas bag of the fastening device in such a way that the fastening force applied to the target portion by the fastening device repeats an upper peak and a lower peak within the range of pressure lower than a proper pressure.
