An interproximal brush (10) comprises a handle (12) having an end portion (16) provided with a transverse hole (18) communicating with a longitudinal groove (20) for receiving the elongated stem (22) of an interproximal brush (10). The handle (12) further has a cylindrical boss (36) formed on the lower surface (32) thereof through which the transverse hole extends, and the brush stem (22) is retained securely in the longitudinal groove (20) on closure of a cap (28), which is pivotably attached to the end portion (16).
Cette invention concerne une brosse à dents interproximale (10) dont le manche (12) présente une extrémité (16) comportant un trou traversant (18) qui communique avec une rainure longitudinale adaptée pour recevoir la tige (20) de la brosse interproximale (10). Le manche comporte en outre un bossage cylindrique (36) sur sa face inférieure (32), là où se trouve le trou traversant, et la tige (22) de la brosse est fermement maintenue dans la rainure longitudinale (20) lorsqu'un volet articulé (28) à l'extrémité (16) est abaissé.
