The present invention relates to a novel one step process for preparing cross-linked poly(allylamine) polymers or salts thereof using the novel cross-linking agent of Formula (IV). This invention also relates to the compound of Formula (IV) as well as to a process to obtain it. The cross-linked poly(allylamine) polymers of the invention are useful in medicine as substrate-binding polymers.
La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé en une étape permettant la préparation de polymères poly(allylamines) réticulés ou des sels de ceux-ci mettant en uvre un nouvel agent de réticulation de formule (IV). La présente invention concerne également le composé de formule (IV) ainsi que son procédé d'obtention. Les polymères de poly(allylamines) réticulés sont utiles dans le domaine médical en tant que polymères de liaison de substrat.
