A novel indolopyrrolocarbazole derivative. It is either a compound represented by the general formula [I]: [I] (wherein A is oxygen, NH, or CH2; R1 is a single bond, lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, etc.; R2 is phenyl, naphthyl, or an aromatic or aliphatic heterocycle which is a 5- or 6-membered ring containing at least one of nitrogen, sulfur, and oxygen (provided that the phenyl, naphthyl, and aromatic or aliphatic heterocycle may be substituted); and G is a pentose group or hexose group) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound.

L'invention concerne un nouveau dérivé d'indolopyrrolocarbazole. Le nouveau dérivé est soit un composé représenté par la formule générale [1] (dans laquelle A représente oxygène, NH ou CH¿2?; R¿1? représente une liaison simple, alkyle inférieur, alcényle inférieur, alkynyle inférieur, etc.; R¿2? représente phényle, naphtyle ou un hétérocycle aromatique ou aliphatique lequel est un cycle à 5 ou 6 éléments contenant de l'azote et/ou du soufre et/ou de l'oxygène (à condition que le phényle, le naphtyle et l'hétérocycle aromatique ou aliphatique puissent être substitués); et G représente un groupe pentose ou un groupe hexose) soit un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable du composé.
