A system (fig. 1) and method (fig. 2) for detecting a current imbalance or a voltage imbalance in multiphase electrical energy provided to an energy meter. A phase single value is measured for each phase, a normalized phase value for each phase is determined, and a normalized phase ratio is then determined. The highest normalized phase value is compared to a first threshold, and the normalized phase value ratio is compared to a second threshold. It is determined that an imbalance exists when the high normalized phase value is greater than the first threshold and the normalized phase value ratio is less than the second threshold.
L'invention concerne un système (figure 1) et un procédé (figure 2) permettant de déceler un déséquilibre de courant ou de tension dans l'alimentation en énergie électrique multiphase reçue par un compteur d'énergie. On mesure une valeur de phase pour chaque phase, et l'on détermine une valeur de phase normalisée pour chaque phase, avant d'établir un rapport de phase normalisé. La valeur de phase normalisée la plus élevée est comparée à un premier seuil, et le rapport de phase normalisé est comparé à un second seuil. On conclut à un déséquilibre lorsque la valeur de phase normalisée élevée est supérieure au premier seuil et lorsque le rapport de phase normalisé est inférieur au second seuil.
