The invention relates to a method for making a light alloy foundry part that comprises at least one piping (4) supported by a wall (2, 3) of said part (1), wherein said method includes the steps of making said piping, making a mould reproducing the shape of the part (1) without said piping (4), positioning the piping (4) in the mould, and casting a metal for making said part (1), characterised in that at least a portion of the piping (4) is subjected, prior to the installation thereof in the mould, to a surface-processing step for generating a thermal barrier between said portion of the piping (4) and the casting metal, said mould including at least one hollow location around the piping (4) for making a bridge (5) for supporting the piping (4) and extending from said wall (2, 3) of the foundry part (1).

Méthode de réalisation d'une pièce de fonderie en alliage léger comportant au moins une tuyauterie (4) portée par une paroi (2, 3) de ladite pièce (1), ladite méthode comprenant les étapes de réalisation de ladite tuyauterie, de réalisation d'un moule reproduisant la forme de ladite pièce (1) sans ladite tuyauterie (4), de positionnement de ladite tuyauterie (4) dans ledit moule et de coulée du métal pour réaliser ladite pièce (1), caractérisée en ce que au moins une partie de la tuyauterie (4) subit préalablement à l'installation de celle-ci dans le moule, une étape de traitement de surface destinée à générer une barrière thermique entre cette partie de ladite tuyauterie (4) et le métal de coulée, ledit moule comprenant au moins un emplacement en creux autour de la tuyauterie (4) de façon à réaliser un pontet (5) de maintien de la tuyauterie (4), s'étendant à partir de ladite paroi (2, 3) de la pièce de fonderie (1).
