A curable composition for producing a fluid permeable composite material comprising: a particulate material and a binding agent comprising: 25-40 % by weight of an acrylic polymer, 0.5-20 % by weight of 10-35 % by weight of a homopolymer of an isocyanate and corresponding isocyanate polymerising agent for forming a crosslinked polymer with said acrylic polymer, and 20-50 % by weight of n-butyl acetate. The composite material, having high breaking and flexural strengths, is suitable for use in making pavers, bricks, tiles and stormwater entry grates.
L'invention concerne une composition durcissable pour la production de matériau composite perméable aux fluides, qui comprend : un matériau particulaire et un agent de liaison constitué comme suit, en poids: 25-40 % de polymère acrylique, 0,5-20 % de fibre, 10-35 % d'homopolymère d'isocyanate et d'agent de polymérisation d'isocyanate correspondant pour la formation de polymère réticulé avec le polymère acrylique, et 20-50 % de n-butyl acétate. Le matériau composite, qui présente une résistance élevée de rupture et de flexion, est indiqué pour la production de pavés, de briques, de tuiles et d'entrées de collecteur pluvial.
