This application describes fluormated (+)PHNO and analogs thereof, including radiolabeled analogs, of Formula (I), wherein R1 is C1-6 alkyl in which one hydrogen atom on the alkyl chain is replaced with fluoro or radioactive fluoro. The application further describes compositions comprising these compounds and methods of using these compounds The compounds of formula (I), have good affinity and selectivity for the dopamine D2 receptors and are therefore useful for the labelling of dopamine D2 receptors in vivo and for the identification and quantification of the extent of dopamine supersensitivity in the bram in various stages of a dopamine-related disease.
La présente demande décrit une (+)PHNO fluorée et des analogues de ladite substance, incluant des analogues radiomarqués, de Formule (I), où R1 représente un groupement alkyle en C1-C6 dans lequel un atome d'hydrogène de la chaîne alkyle est remplacé par un fluor ou un fluor radioactif. La présente demande décrit en outre des préparations comprenant ces composés, ainsi que des méthodes d'emploi de ces composés. Les composés de formule I présentent une affinité et une sélectivité satisfaisantes vis-à-vis des récepteurs de dopamine D2, et peuvent ainsi être employés dans le marquage des récepteurs de dopamine D2 in vivo et dans la mise en évidence et la quantification de l'étendue de l'hypersensibilité à la dopamine dans le cerveau à divers stades d'une maladie liée à la dopamine.
