The invention relates to a continuous cross-cutting apparatus for a web-like material (4), such as a web of pulp or alike, comprising means (1, 3) for maintaining the web (4) in a tensioned condition at the moment of cutting, a web-supporting assembly (2) and at least one web-piercing blade element (5) on the opposite side of the web, said assembly (2) comprising at least one arrangement (6) for enabling a piercing action of the blade element (5) through the web (4). The invention also relates to a method for the continuous cutting of a web (4), wherein said web (4) is maintained in a tensioned condition and pierced in cross-machine direction with a blade element (5) in one or more operations at the location of the supported web. Furthermore, the invention relates to a continuous sheet cutter unit in a pulp-drying machine, wherein a cross-cutting device (2) for cutting separate webs into sheets corresponds to the above-described cross-cutting apparatus.
L'invention concerne un appareil de coupe transversale continue pour un matériau (4) de type bande continue, tel qu'une bande continue de pâte ou analogue. Cet appareil comporte des moyens (1, 3) permettant de maintenir la bande (4) à l'état tendu au moment de la coupe, un ensemble (2) de support de bande, et au moins un élément lame (5) de perforation de la bande se trouvant du côté opposé de la bande. Cet ensemble (2) comporte au moins un système (6) permettant à l'élément lame (5) d'effectuer une action de perforation de la bande (4). L'invention concerne également un procédé de coupe continue d'une bande (4), dans lequel la bande (4) est maintenue à l'état tendu, et percée dans le sens travers avec un élément lame (5) au cours d'au moins une opération, à l'endroit où la bande est soutenue. En outre, l'invention concerne une unité coupeuse en feuilles continue dans une machine de séchage de pâte, dans laquelle un dispositif de coupe transversale (2) destiné à couper des bandes continues séparées en feuilles correspond à l'appareil de coupe transversale ci-décrit.
