ABSTRACT The ROTATING ORNAMENT is an operable toy designed to keep an ornament rotating and oscillating about a threaded rod formed in the shape of a ring. With the ring held vertically, the ornament is maintained in mid-position by continually turning the ring. Other inventions of this type are so constructed that they can only be operated by hand, whereas this present invention can also be hand- cranked, motorized, or operated by wheeling the toy along the floor.
