A signaling assembly (10) includes a reflective substrate (40) having opposite first (41) and second (42) surfaces, and wherein each of these surfaces (41,42) simultaneously reflects visibly discernable electromagnetic radiation (93) and passes electromagnetic radiation (92), and an emitter (90) for emitting visibly discernable electromagnetic radiation is provided, and wherein the emitted visibly discernable electromagnetic radiation (91,92,93) may be simultaneously viewed from location forward of the opposite first (41) and second (42) surfaces.
