A product inventory management system includes a reception processing section (11) for receiving a product, an inventory section (12) for storing the product, a shipment processing section (13) for performing shipment of the product, and delivery judgment means (14) for judging the product destination. According to the number of products in the inventory section (12), an ordered manufacturing plan already having a delivery destination decided, a non- ordered manufacturing plan not yet having a delivery destination, and the specified product delivery date, the delivery judgment means (14) judges whether the product received in the reception processing section (11) is moved to the inventory section (12) or to the shipment processing section (13) and whether the product in the inventory section (12) is to be moved to the shipment processing section (13). Thus, it is possible to prevent the period during which a product is stored in the inventory section from exceeding the shipment enabled period and minimize the cost required for movement of the product including placing into and taking out of the inventory section.

L'invention concerne un système de gestion d'inventaire de produits qui comporte une section traitement de réception (11) qui reçoit un produit, une section inventaire (12) qui stocke le produit, une section traitement d'expédition (13) qui exécute l'expédition du produit et un moyen de jugement de livraison (14) qui juge la destination du produit. Selon le nombre de produits dans la section inventaire (12), un plan de fabrication commandé dont la destination de livraison a déjà été décidée, un plan de fabrication non commandé dont la destination de livraison n'a pas encore été décidée, et la date de livraison du produit spécifié, la moyen de jugement de livraison (14) juge si le produit reçu au niveau de la section traitement de réception (11) est déplacé vers la section inventaire (12) ou vers la section traitement d'expédition (13) et si le produit dans la section inventaire (12) doit être déplacé vers la section traitement d'expédition (13). Ainsi, on peut empêcher que la période pendant laquelle un produit est stocké dans la section inventaire d'excéder celle relative à l'expédition et minimiser les coûts requis pour le déplacement du produit comprenant sa mise en place dans la section inventaire et son déplacement de cette section.
