A prosthetic device for interposition in a space left by one or more excised vertebral posterior structures. The prosthetic device comprises a lamina bridge having an inferior portion for replacing an excised lamina; at least one inferior facet replacement device, connected to the inferior portion of the lamina bridge, to replace an excised inferior articular process; and at least one superior facet replacement device to replace an excised superior articular process. The at least one superior facet replacement device articulates with the at least one inferior facet replacement device.
L'invention concerne un dispositif prothétique destiné à être interposé dans un espace laissé par une ou plusieurs structures vertébrales postérieures soumises à une ablation. Ledit dispositif prothétique comprend une lame de liaison dotée d'une partie inférieure destinée à remplacer une lame ayant subit une ablation; au moins un dispositif de remplacement de facette inférieure connecté à la partie inférieure du de la lame de liaison afin de remplacer l'articulation inférieure ayant subit une ablation; et au moins un dispositif de remplacement de facette supérieure afin de remplacer l'articulation supérieure ayant subit une ablation.
