A polyurethane-forming reaction mixture characterized by its ability to be adjusted with respect to its viscosity in response to changing temperature and humidity conditions is achieved with a mixture that includes a liquid polyisocyanate having an isocyanate group content of at least 10% by weight, an isocyanate-reactive component which includes at least one high molecular weight polyol, a urethane catalyst and from 0.2 to 5 parts by weight per 100 pats by weight of isocyanate reactive component of a viscosity adjusting component. The viscosity adjusting component is preferably a diamine, a polyamine and/or an amine-terminated polyol. This reaction mixture is particularly useful for producing polyurethane geotextile composite materials useful as liners for ditches and canals.
L'invention concerne un mélange de réaction destiné à la formation de polyuréthanne, caractérisé par sa capacité à être ajusté au niveau de sa viscosité, par le biais d'une réaction au changement de température et aux conditions d'humidité, obtenu par un mélange comprenant un polyisocyanate liquide, présentant une teneur en groupe isocyanate d'au moins 10 % en poids, un constituant réactif à l'isocyanate comprenant au moins un polyol de poids moléculaire élevé, un catalyseur d'uréthane et 0,2 à 5 parties en poids pour 100 parties en poids d'un constituant réactif à l'isocyanate d'un constituant permettant d'ajuster la viscosité. Le constituant permettant d'ajuster la viscosité est de préférence une diamine, une polyamine et/ou un polyol amino-terminé. Le mélange de réaction est particulièrement utile pour produire des matériaux composites géotextiles polyuréthannes utiles en tant que géomembranes pour des canaux et des rigoles de drainage.
