The invention relates to labeled or unlabeled nucleic acids for specifically binding to DNA of human adenoviruses (HAdV-DNA), whereby the nucleic acid: a) comprises the sequence SEQ ID NO. 1, SEQ ID NO. 2 or SEQ ID NO. 3; b) comprises a sequence having a homology of greater than 78 % to SEQ ID NO. 1, SEQ ID NO. 2 or SEQ ID NO. 3 or; is complementary to a nucleic acid according to a) or b). The invention also relates to methods for detecting HAdV-DNA.

L'invention concerne des acides nucléiques, marqués ou non marqués, destinés à se lier spécifiquement à de l'ADN d'adénovirus humains (HAdV-ADN). Selon l'invention, a) ledit acide nucléique comporte la séquence SEQ ID NO. 1, SEQ ID NO. 2 ou SEQ ID NO. 3, b) ledit acide nucléique comporte une séquence présentant une homologie supérieure à 78 % avec SEQ ID NO. 1, SEQ ID NO. 2 ou SEQ ID NO. 3, ou c) ledit acide nucléique est complémentaire avec un acide nucléique de type a) ou b). L'invention concerne également des procédés de détection de HAdV-ADN.
