The invention relates to a mechanically cleanable screen, which is primarily intended to be used for separating liquid from chips and pulp without the screen getting blocked. The field of application comprises particularly the process area where cooking and circulation liquids are removed from a pressure vessel during the production of chemical pulp and paper pulp by a continuous method. The screen is characterized in that it comprises two screens: a primary screen and a secondary screen which are attached to a common body one after another in the direction of the liquid to be filtered so that they form a cassette. The secondary screen may move according to the programming, whereby the blades of the secondary screen generate shear and push forces which maintain the slots of the primary screen clean.

L'invention concerne un tamis pouvant être nettoyé mécaniquement et principalement destiné à être utilisé pour la séparation de liquide de copeaux et de pâte à papier sans que celui-ci ne se bouche. Ledit tamis peut être utilisé notamment dans une zone de traitement dans laquelle des liquides de cuisson et de circulation sont enlevés d'un récipient sous pression, pendant la production de pâte chimique et de pâte à papier selon un procédé continu. Ledit tamis se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend deux tamis: un tamis primaire et un tamis secondaire, lesquels sont fixés à un corps commun l'un derrière l'autre, dans le sens d'écoulement du liquide à filtrer, de manière qu'ils forment une cassette. Le tamis secondaire peut se déplacer en fonction de la programmation, les pales du tamis secondaire générant des forces de cisaillement et de poussée qui maintiennent les fentes du tamis primaire propres.
