The known way of keeping food cold while at an outdoor function is to store food in an insulated cooler, filled with icepacks until it is time for the food to be served. When the event requires the food to be displayed before serving, a common method used to prevent food from spoiling is to place the container of food into another container filled with ice cubes, thus causing condensation underneath and around the area the bowl is placed. Now, with this invention you can freeze water inside of a flexible apparatus which would enable it to form a shape that is suitable for bowls or platters of food to rest on. This devise would also have a removable fitted cover that would absorb the condensation and at the same time compliment the presentation of the food.
