A progressive cavity pump pumps liquid downhole to a lower formation past a packer set in a casing of a wellbore. The rotor of the pump is axially restrained by a bearing assembly spaced below the pump for controlling uphole reactive loading on the rotor. Preferably the rotor is releasably coupled to the bearing assembly for release and recovery of the rotor from the bearing assembly. Such a releasable coupling is a latch comprising a plunger telescopically and releasably coupled with a housing using a dog and track arrangement, the dog and track utilizing the telescoping action to actuate the coupling and releasing of the latch.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'ancrage pour fond de trou. Une pompe à rotor hélicoïdal excentré pompe du liquide en fond de trou vers une formation inférieure au-delà d'une garniture d'étanchéité installée dans le tubage d'un puits de forage. Le rotor de la pompe est retenu sur le plan axial par un ensemble palier espacé sous la pompe pour réguler la charge réactive s'exerçant sur le rotor en tête de puits. Le rotor est, de préférence, couplé amovible à l'ensemble palier pour pouvoir être désengagé et récupéré. Un tel type d'accouplement amovible consiste en un ancrage comprenant un plongeur télescopique couplé amovible à un logement à l'aide d'un dispositif à clabot et rail télescopique servant à actionner ou à dégager le mécanisme de verrouillage.
