The Lid Hand Treadmill is a three piece exercising tool to help you meet all of your exercising needs whenever you are ready. It works on centripetal force or gravity the spins it inward and centrifugal force that pushes the lid outward, hence it spins when you move the handle and it requires no electricity. The lesser disc makes it spin uninterrupted at any time. If you want it more weighty then add more main discs or lids. On the underside you can play a casino game will you jog or run with yourself or with a friend. After that, take the main disc off and play a good game of frisbee. The hole on the lid has five different shapes. If you would like more action, you can try the elliptical or gyroscopic effect by touching two points on the star circle at one time. It does so with the lesser disc off mostly. You will have to self - discover. If you want a different shape of the lid, try the Paisley look style Lid Hand Treadmill which is not the only possibility. Also, take it out to lunch on a good summer's day Do not miss the chance of trying this very simply tool. Let every person in the world have one, then we can have an earth day of jogging for fifteen minutes together. One for each hand at that!
