The invention relates to a method for the cryogenic production of blow molded bodies made of plastic, in which air is introduced as the blow medium into a parison located in a blow mold, and in which the parison, which is moldable when hot, isinflated with the air via a blow mandrel and is subsequently cooled by means of dried, cooler air; according to the invention, the air used as the blow medium is dried prior to being introduced into the parison, and the dried air is introduced into the inflated parison as deep-cold air with a temperature of between approximately -50°C and approximately -170°C in order to cool the parison; the blow mold and/or the blow mandrel are purged and Rushed through, respectively, with dry, preferably warm air while the blow mold is open.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication cryogénique de pièces plastiques moulées par soufflage, selon lequel le milieu de soufflage utilisé est de l'air, introduit dans une ébauche (8) située dans un moule de soufflage. L'ébauche (8) qui peut être déformée quand elle est chaude, est soumise à une opération de soufflage à l'aide de l'air introduit par l'intermédiaire d'un mandrin de soufflage (15) pour être ensuite refroidie dans de l'air séché plus froid. Selon l'invention, l'air servant de milieu de soufflage est séché avant d'être introduit dans l'ébauche sous forme d'air extrêmement froid entre environ -50 DEG C et environ -170 DEG C, afin de refroidir ladite ébauche. Pendant l'ouverture du moule de soufflage, le moule de soufflage et/ou le mandrin de soufflage (45) sont rincés à l'extérieur et/ou à l'intérieur avec de l'air chaud, de préférence sec.
