The invention relates to a bag comprising an assembly of two strong flexible outer sheets (1,2), through one of which sheets the access bushing (4) is affixed, wherein the interior of such bag is divided into two chambers by means of a third separating flexible sheet (7) provided with a screen-like stripe (9) with its distal end located at the bottom of the bag; said third separating sheet (7) which, correspondingly with said bushing (4) is provided with a bore (8) affixed around its edge onto the annular plane (10) of the bushing end projecting into the bag; of said two chambers, a first chamber is in communication, by means of the bushing, with its related solvent inlet and it is partially filled with the powdered solute, whereas the second chamber is provided inside with a layer (5) separate from the bag, selected among a woven or injected material or the like, freely extending from a semicircular recess (6) made in correspondence with said bushing (4) to the bottom of the chamber and wherein said bushing provides the necessary means for the exit of the solution thus achieved. The invention also relates to a process for manufacturing a bag according to the invention.
