The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising (a) a polynucleotide comprising or consisting of a nucleotide sequence encoding a polypeptide with the amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2; (b) a polynucleotide comprising or consisting of a nucleotide sequence which is a fragment of a nucleotide sequence encoding the polypeptide with the amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2, wherein the polypeptide encoded by said polynucleotide has arteriogenic activity; (c) a polynucleotide comprising or consisting of a nucleotide sequence encoding a polypeptide, wherein said polypeptide exhibits at least 70% sequence identity with the sequence of the polypeptide encoded by the polynucleotide of (a) or (b) over the entire length, and wherein said polypeptide has arteriogenic activity; and/or (d) a polypeptide encoded by the polynucleotide of any one of (a) to (c).
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant (a) un polynucléotide comprenant ou composé d'une séquence de nucléotides codant pour un polypeptide avec la séquence d'acides aminés telle que définie dans SEQ ID NO : 2; (b) un polynucléotide comprenant ou composé d'une séquence de nucléotides qui est un fragment d'une séquence de nucléotides codant pour le polypeptide avec la séquence d'acides aminés telle que définie dans SEQ ID NO : 2, le polypeptide codé par ledit polynucléotide possédant une activité artériogène ; (c) un polynucléotide comprenant ou composé d'une séquence de nucléotides codant pour un polypeptide, ledit polypeptide présentant une identité de séquence d'au moins 70% avec la séquence du polypeptide codé par le polynucléotide de (a) ou (b) sur toute la longueur, et ledit polypeptide possédant une activité artériogène ; et/ou (d) un polypeptide codé par le polynucléotide de l'un quelconque de (a) à (c).
