The invention concerns a 5-aminolevulinic acid ester (E-ALA) solution for producing a pharmaceutical preparation useful for diagnosing and/or treating tissue and/or cell pathologies by local radiation exposure using radiation emitted by a light source energy followed, in the case diagnosis, by detection of fluorescent protoporphyrin IX (Pp1X). The E-ALA concentration C in said solution is less than 1 % and ranges between 0.01 % and 0.5 %. Said low E-ALA concentration in the solution increases Pp1X synthesis and homogenises its distribution in the cell layers while highly reducing the secondary toxicity for the treated cells.
La présente invention concerne une solution d'un ester d'acide 5- aminolévulinique (E-ALA) pour la réalisation d'une préparation pharmaceutique utilisable pour le diagnostic et/ou le traitement de lésions tissulaires et/ou cellulaires par irradiation locale au moyen d'un rayonnement émis par une source d'énergie lumineuse suivie, dans le cas du diagnostic, d'une détection de protoporphyrine IX (Pp1X) fluorescente. La concentration C de E-ALA dans cette solution est inférieure à 1 % et comprise entre 0,01 % et 0,5 %. Cette très faible concentration de E-ALA dans la solution augmente la synthèse de la Pp1Xet homogénéise sa distribution dans les couches cellulaires tout en diminuant fortement la toxicité secondaire de la solution pour les cellules traitées.
