A hot-fillable plastic container having a panel section of a size suitable for gripping the container in one hand. The panel section includes two opposing vertically-elongated vacuum panels, and two opposing horizontally-disposed and radially-indented finger grips. Each vacuum panel preferably has an invertible central wall portion movable from a convex first position prior to hot-filling of the container, to a concave second position under vacuum pressure following hot filling and sealing of the container.

L'invention concerne un contenant en plastique pouvant être rempli à chaud, ce contenant comprenant une section panneau dont la taille permet de saisir ledit contenant d'une seule main. Cette section panneau est constituée de deux panneaux sous vide opposés, verticalement allongés et radialement dentelés, et de deux parties de préhension pour les doigts opposées, placées à l'horizontal et radialement dentelées. Chacun des panneaux sous vide présente de préférence une paroi centrale renversable, qui peut passer d'une première position convexe avant le remplissage à chaud du contenant, à une seconde position concave sous pression à vide après le remplissage à chaud et la fermeture étanche dudit contenant.
