An object for storing and dispensing diapers and the like, as well as other needs comprises of a rectangular container which is supported by an oblong chamber. Located within the frame of the chamber is a removeable vertical partition. The gate device is connected to the housing chamber as a means of opening and closing. The tapered shelf is continually connected to the bottom of the chamber. Two of the longitudinal walls have two sets of concave grooves. Items may be stored and dispensed with one hand operation.
