A method and/or system produces instructions to create a representation of, for example, a three-dimensional model for a three-dimensional printer having one or more nozzles. The model includes coordinate sets defining at least one part. Each part has a respective part identification. The CAD model is converted into its component sets of coordinates, each having an associated part identification. The sets of coordinates are parsed into ordered line segments for linearly driving the three-dimensional printer. Proto- instructions or generic instructions for the three-dimensional printer are compiled from the ordered line segments and the respective part identifications of the sets of coordinates in each of the ordered line segments. The method optionally includes the step of generating printer- specific instructions for the three-dimensional printer from the proto- instructions, and/or mapping each part identification to a respective reagent.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et/ou un système qui produit des instructions destinées à créer, par exemple, une représentation d'un modèle en trois dimensions à l'intention d'une imprimante tridimensionnelle possédant au moins une buse. Ledit modèle comprend des ensembles de coordonnées définissant au moins une partie. Chaque partie possède son identification de partie respective. Le modèle CAO est converti en ses ensembles de coordonnées composants, chacun d'eux possédant une identification de partie associée. Les ensembles de coordonnées sont analysés en des segments de ligne ordonnés qui permettent l'entraînement linéaire de l'imprimante. Des proto-instructions ou des instructions génériques sont compilées à partir des segments de ligne ordonnés et des identifications de partie respectives des ensembles de coordonnées de chacun des segments de ligne ordonnés. Le procédé comprend, facultativement, une étape dans laquelle des instructions spécifiques d'imprimante sont générées à partir des proto-instructions à l'intention de l'imprimante tridimensionnelle, et/ou chaque identification de partie est mappée avec un réactif respectif.
