A wrap-around open-ended carrier (12) for packaging three rows of beverage cans or other related articles. A reinforcement strip (68) having clip portions (72) at either end is glued to the underside of a top panel (14) of the carrier. The clip portions assist in supporting the end cans (C) of the middle row to prevent the end cans from falling out of the open ends of the carrier and also provide a two-ply handle (24) construction.

Emballage porteur enveloppant (12) à extrémités ouvertes, permettant d'emballer trois rangées de boîtes-boissons ou d'autres articles du même type. Une bande de renforcement (68) pourvue de parties pinces (72) à ses deux extrémités est collée à la face inférieure d'un panneau supérieur (14) du support.
