Device to replace the rolling rolls for use in a four-high rolling stand to roll sheet and/or wide plate, the rolls (11, 12) being supported by chocks (13) and cooperating axially with connecting liners (16) associated with the spindles (15) connected to the drive means, the device comprising a support and travel unit (28) with a first inactive position (28a) and a second active position (28b) of temporal support and maintenance in position at least of the liner elements (16), the travel and support unit (28) comprising a plate (20) associated with lifting means (19) and including in a substantially central position an aperture (21) to receive the liner (16) associated with the lower roll (12), and at the upper end, a positioning hollow (22) which cooperates, when the travel and support unit (28) is in its active position (28b), with the liner (16) associated with the upper roll (11).
Dispositif servant à replacer les cylindres dans une cage à quatre cylindres pour laminer des feuilles et/ou des tôles larges, les cylindres (11, 12) étant supportés par des blocs de prise (13) et agissant axialement avec des garnitures de liaison (16) liées à des axes (15) connectés à un mécanisme de commande, le dispositif comprenant une unité de déplacement et de support (28) ayant une première position inactive (28a) et une deuxième position active (28b) pour supporter temporairement et maintenir en position au moins les garnitures (16), l'unité de déplacement et de support (28) comprenant une plaque (20) liée à un dispositif de levage (19) et incluant dans une position essentiellement centrale une ouverture (21) pour recevoir la garniture (16) liée au rouleau inférieur (12), et à l'extrémité supérieure, un creux de positionnement (22) qui correspond lorsque l'unité de déplacement et de support (28) se trouve en position active (28b), avec la garniture (16) liée au rouleau supérieur (11).
