A preassembled aerosol actuator assembly (10) and a method of in-line capping the assembly to an aerosol container (11). A shell has a discrete spray button (50)reassembled into a cocket. The button has an upwardly extending interior passage (59) with a wide lead-in converging upwardly to terminate in a shallow valve stem-sealing socket (60). The bottom of the button has no obstructions and no unintended stem-capturing openings. The button socket (60) has a side spray slot (43) closed at the bottom by a radiused flap (70). Heat-dissipated interior channels are cored from the button top down into the button.
Cette invention concerne un ensemble actionneur pré-assemblé (10) et une méthode permettant de le monter directement sur une cartouche d'aérosol (11). Une coquille comporte un bouton de vaporisation (50) séparé pouvant se monter dans une douille. Le bouton comporte un passage interne (59) orienté vers le haut avec un raccordement large débouchant sur une douille (60) peu profonde d'obturation de tige de soupape. Le bas du bouchon ne présente ni saillie, ni ouverture risquant de bloquer la tige. La douille du bouton (60) comporte une encoche de vaporisation latérale (43) fermée dans la partie inférieure par un rabat arrondi (70). Des rainures d'évacuation de la chaleur sont ménagées entre le haut et le bas du bouton.
