The invention relates to a method for obtaining raw-1,3-butadiene by extractive distillation with a selective solvent from a C4-fraction, containing C4-acetylenes as secondary components, in a partition column (TK) with a bottom evaporator (V1) inside of which a partition (T) is arranged in longitudinal direction of the column while forming a first partial area (A), a second partial area (B) and a lower shared column area (C), and to which an extractive wash column (K) is connected upstream therefrom. The invention is characterized in that the supply of energy into the partition column (TK) via the bottom evaporator (V1) is controlled in such a manner that a bottom flow (17) is drawn out from the partition column (TK), this bottom flow containing solvent loaded with C4-acetylenes whose proportion of 1,3-butadiene is limited in order to render the loss of 1,3-butadiene economically acceptable. The invention is also characterized in that the bottom flow (17) is fed to an acetylene degassing device (AG) and, inside this acetylene degassing device (AG), the C4-acetylenes are stripped out via the top and purified solvent is obtained in the form of a bottom flow (27).
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour récupérer du 1,3-butadiène brut, par extraction par distillation au moyen d'un solvant sélectif, à partir d'une fraction C¿4? contenant des C¿4?-acétylènes en tant que composantes secondaires, dans une colonne à paroi de séparation (TK) comprenant un évaporateur de bas de colonne (V1), dans laquelle une paroi de séparation (T) est disposée dans la direction longitudinale de la colonne en formant une première zone partielle (A), une seconde zone partielle (B) et une zone inférieure commune (C), et en amont de laquelle est connectée une colonne d'extraction par lavage (K). L'invention se caractérise en ce que l'on régule l'apport d'énergie dans la colonne à paroi de séparation (TK) par l'intermédiaire de l'évaporateur de bas de colonne (V1), de sorte que l'on extrait de la colonne à paroi de séparation (TK), un flux de bas de colonne (17) contenant un solvant chargé des C¿4?-acétylènes, dont la teneur en 1,3-butadiène est limitée de sorte que la perte en 1,3-butadiène est économiquement acceptable, et de sorte que l'on alimente un dispositif de dégazage d'acétylène (AG) avec le flux de bas de colonne (17), et, dans le dispositif de dégazage d'acétylène (AG), les C¿4?-acétylènes sont extraits par le dessus et du solvant purifié est récupéré en tant que courant de bas de colonne (27).
