An electric motor housing assembly (10) for electromechanical drives in automobiles is injection molded from a resin material. An armature bearing (18), mounting holes (30). and a flux ring (38) are molded in place within a housing (12) so that inner cylindrical surfaces (20 and 40) of the armature bearing and flux ring are centered with respect to the mounting holes (30) along a central axis (34). Protrusions (52 and 52) are molded through openings in the flux ring (38) for holding permanent magnets (44 and 46) in place against the flux ring.

Cette invention concerne un carter de moteur électrique (10) en plastique moulé par injection et servant à l'entraînement de mécanismes électromécaniques d'automobile. Un palier d'armature (18), des trous de montage (30) et une bague de blindage magnétique (38) sont moulés à même le carter (12) de façon que les surfaces cylindriques intérieures (20 et 40) du palier d'armature et de la bague de blindage magnétique soient centrées par rapport aux trous de montage (30) le long d'un axe de symétrie (34). Des bossages (52 et 52) sont moulés à même les ouvertures de la bague de blindage magnétique (38) en vue de la mise en place d'aimants permanents (44 et 46) contre ladite bague de blindage.
