Provided is an oral dosage form suitable to deliver a combined dosage of progesterone and which upon delivery through the gastrointestinal tract provides a blood concentration of from about 0.1 ng/ml to about 400 ng/ml progesterone; said dosage form comprising a combination that includes (a) a first solid form comprising from about 25 mg to about 500 mg micronized progesterone in a solid polyethylene glycol carrier having an average molecular weight of from about 1000 to 10,000 and constituting at least about 30 % of said first solid form; and (b) a second solid form comprising an estrogen.

L'invention concerne une forme dosifiée orale apte à administrer un dosage combiné de progestérone, et qui après administration par le tube digestif permet d'obtenir une concentration de progestérone dans le sang comprise entre environ 0,1 ng/ml et environ 400 ng/ml. Ladite forme dosifiée possède une combinaison comprenant (a) une première forme solide qui comporte entre 25 mg et 500 mg de progestérone micronisée dans un excipient polyéthylèneglycol présentant un poids moléculaire moyen compris entre 1000 et 10000 et constituant au moins environ 30 % de ladite première forme solide; et (b) une seconde forme solide comprenant un oestrogène.
