A remote station for wireless communication is disclosed. The remote station includes a transmitter configured to transmit packet data on an uplink channel and a receiver. The receiver is configured to receive a first frame having a downlink dedicated physical channel, the first frame being defined by a first propagation delay and a first time offset relative to a reference timing based on a common control physical channel and receive a second frame having a downlink dedicated control channel responsive to the packet data received by a base station, a beginning of the second frame being defined by a second propagation delay and a second time offset from the reference timing, the second time offset being a function of the first time offset.
L'invention concerne une station distante destinée à établir des communications sans fil. La station distante comprend un émetteur configuré pour émettre des données par paquets dans une voie de liaison montante; et un récepteur. Le récepteur est configuré pour recevoir une première trame comprenant une voie physique spécialisée de liaison descendante, ladite première trame étant délimitée par un premier temps de propagation et un premier décalage temporel relativement à une synchronisation de référence, sur la base d'une voie physique de commande commune. Le récepteur est aussi configuré pour recevoir une seconde trame comprenant une voie de commande spécialisée de liaison descendante, en réponse aux données par paquets reçues par une station de base, un début de la seconde trame étant délimitée par un second temps de propagation et un second décalage temporel par rapport à la synchronisation de référence, le second décalage temporel étant rapporté au premier décalage temporel.
