A handoff access method based on random access channel is provided, which is applicable to handoff access of mobile terminal in a mobile communication system, and includes the following steps: the source BS sends handoff request message to the target BS, requesting that the serving mobile terminal is handoffed to the target BS; the target BS sends handoff respond message to the source BS, then the source BS transmits the handoff instruction with the content to the mobile terminal, and the handoff instruction message includes a sequence number of a reserved character code allocated by the target BS to the mobile terminal and a random access sub-channel with the reserved character code; after receiving the handoff instruction message, the mobile terminal determines whether the handoff instruction message includes the sequence number of the reserved character code, and selects the reserved character code and the random access sub-channel with the reserved character code; the handoff access procedure is initialized on the random access sub-channel by the target BS and the mobile terminal. Moreover, a handoff access device based on random access channel is provided.
L'invention concerne un procédé de transfert reposant sur un canal d'accès aléatoire, pouvant être appliqué à au transfert d'un terminal mobile dans un système de communication mobile, et comprenant les étapes suivantes : la station de base (BS) d'origine transmet un message de demande de transfert à la BS cible pour demander le transfert du terminal mobile actif vers la BS cible; la BS cible transmet un message de réponse de transfert à la BS d'origine, puis la BS d'origine transmet une instruction de transfert contenant ladite réponse au terminal mobile, le message d'instruction de transfert contenant un numéro de séquence d'un code de chiffres protéger attribué par la BS cible au terminal mobile, et quand son canal d'accès aléatoire associé à ce code de symboles réservé; après avoir reçu le message d'instruction de transfert, le terminal mobile détermine si le message d'instruction de transfert contient le numéro de séquence du code de symboles réservé; la procédure de transfert est mise en route dans le sous-canal à accès aléatoire par la BS cible et le terminal mobile. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif de transfert basé sur un canal d'accès aléatoire.
