Cyclic tetrapeptide derivatives represented by general formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, cyclic tetrapeptide compounds analogous thereto, and histone deacetylase inhibitors, MHC class-1 molecule expression promoters and medicinal compositions containing these cyclic tetrapeptide derivatives as the active ingredient: wherein R11, R12, R21 and R22 represent each hydrogen or a monovalent group selected from linear or branched C1-6 alkyl, benzyl, 4-methoxybenzyl, 3-indolylmethyl, (N-methoxy-3- indolyl)methyl, (N-formyl-3-indolyl)methyl, etc.; R3 represents a divalent group selected from divalent linear C3-4 hydrocarbyl optionally having a branched chain added thereto or optionally substituted by a heteroatom; and R4 represents a divalent group derived from divalent linear C4-6 hydrocarbyl optionally having a branched chain added thereto.
La présente invention concerne des dérivés tétrapeptides cycliques représentés par la formule générale (I) suivante, certains de leurs sels pharmaceutiquement admis, ou des composés tétrapeptides cycliques analogues aux dérivés considérés. L'invention concerne également des inhibiteurs d'histone déacétylase, des promoteurs d'expression des molécules LHC de classe 1, ainsi que des compositions médicinales dont les principes actifs sont ces dérivés tétrapeptides cycliques. Dans cette formule, R¿11?, R¿12?, R¿21? et R¿22? sont chacun hydrogène ou groupe monovalent appartenant notamment au groupe des C¿1?-C¿6? alkyle linéaire ou ramifié, benzyle, 4-méthoxybenzyle, 3-indolylméthyle, (N-méthoxy-3-indolyle)méthyle, (N-formyle-3-indolyle)méthyle. R¿3? est un groupe bivalent tel qu'un C¿3?-C¿4? hydrocarbyle linéaire auquel est éventuellement ajoutée une chaîne ramifiée, ou ayant été éventuellement substitué par un hétéroatome. R¿4? est un groupe bivalent dérivé d'un C¿4?-C¿6? hydrocarbyle linéaire bivalent auquel est ajoutée une chaîne ramifiée.
