A method for continuously treating a water body, comprising a step of using a substantially sealed processing tank, at a top and a bottom portions of which a water outlet and a water inlet are arranged respectively, and in an interior space of which three or more conductive plates substantially in parallel relation with the tank bottom and substantially in parallel relation with one another for upwardly forming a substantially closed S-shaped one-way flow path in said processing tank, wherein said conductive plates are made of a conductive material having a resistivity ranged from 1.59 µ.OMEGA.cm to 1300 µ.OMEGA.cm and at least two of said conductive plates are respectively electrically connected to a positive and a negative power source to serve as an anode and a cathode, wherein said water to be treated is introduced into said processing tank from said water inlet, flows upwardly through said S-shaped one-way flow path, and then is discharged out of said processing tank form said water outlet, and wherein a voltage is applied to said cathode and said anode to generate an electric field having an intensity ranged from 0.5 mV/cm to 1000 V/cm during the flow of said water body in said flow path, thereby polarizing and coagulating impurities in said water body to removing said coagulating impurities.
Méthode de traitement en continu d'une masse d'eau, comprenant une étape prévoyant l'utilisation d'un réservoir de traitement essentiellement étanche, dont la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure ont respectivement une sortie d'eau et une entrée d'eau, et qui, dans un espace intérieur, compte trois ou plus de trois plaques conductrices essentiellement parallèles les unes aux autres pour former en montant un circuit d'écoulement essentiellement fermé en forme de « S » à sens unique dans le réservoir de traitement, où les plaques conductrices sont faites d'un matériau conducteur ayant une résistivité comprise entre 1,59 µ.OMEGA.cm et 1300 µ.OMEGA.cm et où au moins deux des plaques conductrices sont respectivement connectées à une source d'alimentation électrique positive et à une autre négative pour servir d'anode et de cathode, dans lequel l'eau à traiter entre dans le réservoir de traitement par l'entrée d'eau mentionnée, s'écoule en montant par le circuit d'écoulement essentiellement en forme de « S » à sens unique, et est ensuite évacuée du réservoir en question par la sortie d'eau, et dans lequel une tension est appliquée à la cathode et à l'anode pour produire un champ électrique ayant une intensité comprise entre 0,5 mV/cm et 1000 V/cm pendant l'écoulement de la masse d'eau dans le circuit d'écoulement décrit, ce qui entraîne la polarisation et la coagulation des impuretés dans la masse d'eau pour permettre l'enlèvement des impuretés coagulées.
