An adjustable bicycle frame, a method for making and assembling same, an interchangeable rear base system thereof, and the vibration damping properties of said frame, are disclosed. Said adjustable frame consists of a body and a rigid or vertical-suspension interchangeable triangular rear assembly. The body consists of three pultruded profile sections (1, 2, 3) interconnected by three over-moulded housings (5, 6, 7) made of a thermoplastic material with a semi-aromatic matrix. The interchangeable triangular rear assembly (4) is mechanically secured to the body via bosses (6b, 6c) and an output coupling (7c).
L'invention concerne un cadre de cycle modulable, son procédé de fabrication et d'assemblage, son système interchangeable de base arrière et ses caractéristiques anti-vibratoires. Le cadre modulable selon l'invention est constitué d'une carcasse et d'une triangulation arrière interchangeable rigide ou à suspension verticale. La carcasse est constituée de trois profilés pultrudés (1, 2, 3) reliés par trois boîtiers surmoulés en matière thermoplastique à matrice semi-aromatique (5, 6, 7). La triangulation arrière (4) interchangeable est mécaniquement solidaire de la carcasse par l'intermédiaire des bossages (6b, 6c) et de la chape de sortie (7c).
