Electric power is supplied from a fuel battery to a portable personal computer (210) including a heating section (212) heating during operation. The fuel battery includes electrolyte, a fuel electrode and an oxidant electrode arranged to sandwich the electrolyte and a fuel supply section capable of supplying fuel which has absorbed heat of the heating section (212) to the fuel electrode. The fuel supply section removes the heat from the heating section (212) by supplying fuel to the fuel electrode when the fuel is heated by heat exchange. Thus, it is possible to improve the battery efficiency of the fuel battery and suppress increase of the temperature of the heating section.
Une batterie de piles à combustible alimente en énergie électrique un ordinateur personnel portable (210) comportant une section calorifique (212) chauffant lors du fonctionnement. La batterie de piles à combustible comprend un électrolyte, une électrode à combustible et une électrode à oxydant disposées de manière à prendre en sandwich l'électrolyte ainsi qu'une section d'alimentation en combustible susceptible de fournir à l'électrode à combustible le combustible qui a absorbé la chaleur de la section calorifique (212). La section d'alimentation en combustible extrait la chaleur de la section calorifique (212) en fournissant à l'électrode à combustible le combustible qui a été chauffé par échange thermique. Ainsi, il est possible d'accroître l'efficacité de la batterie de piles à combustible et de supprimer l'accroissement de la température de la section calorifique.
